Here a huge Sardinian dinner: fregola with vegetables, trofie with Vernaccia wine, stewed goat with cannonau wine, spicy piglet and much more. The next morning we visit a shell farm by the sea to taste the local oysters, then you learn how to prepare a typical recipe for mussels and spaghetti with bottarga, the dried eggs of a fish called mullet.
